Unless you just want new fork legs, if the first attempts break it off flush or you want someone with more experience to handle it from here, the entire fork tube is not that hard to remove and take to Harley or a machine shop. Far from the end of the world and life as we know it.

Well tried some heat and a stud extractor and broke it flush with the fork so looks like I'm screwed for now. Could possibly drill it out but was planning on a set of chrome forks anyway just didnt want to do it yet cause Ive spent close to 3k the past month or so on parts. Old Lady gonna kill me but she'll get over it, well hopefully!! ***** Shiny it is then.

A good welder could weld through a nut sitting flush on the broken stud. The heat from the weld will be your friend.
A drill bit will prefer to drift into aluminum. Easy outs break too easy for my taste.

Exact same thing happened to me last year when swapping front wheel, my stomach sunk when it happened as I thought I ruined the whole fork. Like everyone has mentioned I was able to back it out slowly and methodically with a pair of vice grips and got a new one at the local HD shop. Refer to your manual on torque specs, was a little sloppy and it snapped easily.

Yeah at this point I think Im going to try to drill it out with left handed bit and hope that it comes out while drilling.
