If I'm not mistaken, the SG & the EGS are both fitted with 12" shocks.

I think the line about the bike being stolen is BS! They want to sell the higher priced bike.
the standard will ride better than the SG simply due to the tires aNd shock length. Try riding the Limited. Im sure ride similar to the standard but it costs a lot more!

Thanks my Friends for the quick response!

The salesman basically talked me into the streetglide by offering a $500 gift certificate but now, I think I'm going to cancel tomorrows sale

They caught the POS thief a few hours and 20 miles later but he had wrecked the Bike.

"Ride it like ya stole it," takes on a new meaning I guess!

I am pretty sure that the new EG STD has the same 12" shocks on it that the street glide does. The 19" front with almost no sidewall on the tire makes the sharped edged bumps feel harsh through the bars. I notice it on my street glide instantly when switching from my road king.

Yes, my 2019 FLHT came with 12" shocks. I have 13" shocks on it now even though my inseam is south of 28". The major difference is the low profile front tire.

i would have thought that the eg would have come with 13 inch shocks stock. it's usually the 'sporty' bikes that have the 12 inchers. i stand corrected.

Right on Street runner! Sold it my ****! He wants to sell the more expensive bike. Go with the Glide, better ride and has the passing lamps.

Sorry for my ignorance. So EGS has different type of tires than SGS. I have 2016 SGS, will I be able to put EGS tires on my SGS rims or I'll have to buy new ones. Also what tire I shud be buying ? Do I need just one in the front or both front and back ? To notice any ride improvements. Just to let you know I'm buying 13 inch Pro Action shocks soon. I talked to George yesterday and I told him what ever softest spring you have for the 13" shocks order me softer than that from your vendor. He said he has 4 different springs for 13" shocks and I mentioned him I want softer than what he has.
