Default 1994 FLHR cam issue

Re cramming motor and took new cam to local shop to have the original cam gear swapped to new cam because of whine. First time the shop pressed it on backwards. They flipped

Before. Accurate.

After. Best guess
it but now it doesn’t appear the shop indexed it to the Pinion gear timing mark correctly. I was in a hurry and didn’t look before I left. At this point, I don’t want to return to that shop. Silly question and not sure how to phrase it. How should the cam look when I can’t trust the timing marks? I can “re Mark” the correct teeth.

If it was me I'd pull the cam, check the cam bearing, replace it if needed. Reset the cam with correct timing to the pinion and breather gears.
after two shots at a shop and that's what ya have, honestly I would pull it all and check it.
Good luck Bud.
