Deeply sorry about the loss......

Yea, I think I am dumb almost everytime I get on my bike.....but like others have said it just draws you in.

How does that saing go? If you aint' livin' you just waitin' ?

 

My feelings also. You can not stay in bed and hide from death. It will get you there also. It could have been in the car on the way home after dropping the bike off and you would not have considered not driving a car again would you? We gotta do what we gotta do! When our time comes the important thing is not what we are doing but that we are prepared for it by how we live our life. At least that is my feelings.

i'm sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, my sympathies go to his wife also. i had stopped riding for four years and my wife just talked me into getting a RK in june. i do love to ride but have already had people pull out in front of me in broad daylight.

again i'm sorry for your loss and we all need to watch out for the people in cars. rarely do we hear about two motorcyclists causing each other injury.

Sorry for your loss Hack. I ask myself that very same question each time I head out on a multi-day ride. It's tough saying goodbye to my wife and two small children, but it's in my heart to ride. I agree with the others, when it's your time..... it's your time.

Just today there was a letter to the editor in my local paper (Delaware) about us riders. They (cagers) hit, cut you off, etc. and cause an accident, they just get a slap on the wrist. Pizzes me off to no end.
