If you just want to get rid of the mufflers go to a Harley dealership and through in their dumpster.
You can also send your mufflers to { www.fullsac.com } they put new baffles into your mufflers.
You can get different sizes 1.75 in. - 2.0 in. - 2.25 in. - 2.5 in.
Or can give them to some friends.

Guess it depends on what's in your local area. None of my metal stuff ends up in the landfill: Green Guy Recycling

3 months ago I'd have given them a home. New to me Ultra had straight throughs. Far too loud for touring. Tracked down stock , installed them and we will tour peaceably.

Curious did someone give them to you? Shipping costs more than worth in most cases. By far most people want something different than stock or no someone that have stock laying around.

You might try putting them on craigs list or one of the newer apps for your phone.
I've sold several sets of stock mufflers and pipes local, but cheap, 25-30 bucks a pair, just to get rid of them. I sold one set of Sportster pipes and mufflers to a guy in Japan, he needed stock stuff by law there. He paid shipping, four times the price of the pipes, but worth it to him.

I sold my stock mufflers, 3 sets, on eBay. I used "calculated cost" for shipping and priced them reasonable. They went to a good home I suppose.

Cat bike mufflers sound good on a pre-cat bike. Sound like the old 98B or Kerker slip ons. More miles, the better they sound.
