Default Performance Machine Wheels - rotors, buy new or what?

I purchased a brand new set of pm wheels that have been sitting for 3 years for my 2015 flhx. One front rotor needs replaced and the rear was never included. My question is, can I just buy the 11.8 matching front for either side or are they side specific? The rotor is a pm paramount/heathen. Believe they are the same. Some companies sell a front. Others front left and front right. I need a front left. Also, I see most companies don't include a rear rotor with pm wheels. Is this something I'll need to buy or is it not needed for the 2015 street glide? Thanks!

Just looked at my invoice for my PM front setup from Coastal Moto (thanks for making me re-live that sticker shock again!!!). Both Front rotors have a different part number for L and R and therefore listed separately on my invoice/order. I'd call PM or a reputable PM seller to be sure. Can't help on the rear question. I powder coated my stock wheel and kept the stock rotor.

Also, why are you replacing the whole rotor? Your pic looks like one of the newer ones that you just replace the outer band when needed. Below is from the PM site.

"All Performance Machine Discs use a stainless steel outer band. PM uses a high grade 420 stainless that will not gaul or squeal like lesser quality discs. The latest version of PM outer bands can be removed and replaced once worn. All PM discs use a machined aluminum carrier and are available in 11.5", 11.8", and 13.0". The carrier is matched to its respective wheel and will have a bolt pattern specific to the front or rear."

The front left rotor has some damage to the chrome. They were never mounted but looks like it just got messed up from being moved around. I dont want to replace it but it looks like crap LOL. The wheels have been sitting since the end of 2016. Luckily I got a deal on them so I'm not too worried. I'll likely get in touch with pm. See if I can get the exact part number just so I dont **** anything up.

i think the rotor being side specific would depend on the style of the wheel. your wheel looks like it could use the same rotor left and right. but, a call to pm would definitely be in order to confirm. you'd have to call them anyway to order the rotor wouldn't you?

the rear probably uses the stock rotor. i know that's how hd does it. why pay big bucks for a really cool, custom rotor, that is absolutely 100% out of sight. it isn't like a rear wheel that is mostly hidden but you see a little below the saddlebag.
