Default 13 Street Glide front lowering advice.

Looking for some technical advice on lowering the front of my bike. Searched online for a thread plus info on checking, or how to check the levelness of the bike. I know I don't want the front lower then the rear, so with that said. What I'm working with is a 13 Street Glide, lowered 1 inch in the rear. What has me guessing on the front from either 1 or 2 inch for the front is, wheel has been upgraded from 19 to a 21. And I've read that raises the front about 1-1/4 inches. So to be level I wld do 2 inch in front. Is this true? And does anyone know how to check levelness of the bike? Is it as simple as putting a level on the bottom of frame? Any info wld be much appreciated.

you don’t have to go from a 19 to a 21. Most people do it for the look. Be careful on lowering the shocks and going with a bigger tire. Both of those put the front finder closer to being dented on top. I know some older models have brake lines under the triple trees that can hit if the forks are compressed too much. I’m going to check mine out with tie done straps to see if my fender will hit. If someone has a better way that would be nice to know.
