Default Road glide or Street glide

Yeasterday I road both the Road glide and Street glide at a dealer demo day. I am still undecided which one to go with because they both ride nice. Any idea or opinions to help me decide?

For those two bikes it will come down to personal preference.
With the exception of the fairing, they are the same bike.

Most Road Glide owners will tell you, once you own one you will never go back to a Batwing.
But again, personal preference.

I've never ridden a Road Glide, but I did have a Street Glide before my Limited.
Either way, you couldn't go wrong.

I had three batwings before my '16 Road Glide Special. The frame-mounted fairing was a fantastic revelation. No regrets.

Spent 7 years behind a batwing. Great bikes. On my 3rd Roadglide. Had an 11, 16 and now the 19. For me. I'm never going back.

Both are great bikes. But the nod goes to the RG. Just converted a buddy to an RGU. He loved his Limited. But can believe how much he loves the RGU more. Wondering why he waited so long has been said by him more than a few times.

But you cant go wrong either way.

Rent em both. I had the batwing before this roadglide. Shark nose gave me the illusion it had more room, maybe marginally , like a hair more nimble but in reality they're the same bike. You gotta get Which ever one makes you smile more. Me, maybe road King next time

Man, you rode both? Usually, you know right then, and there.
You are either a RG guy, or a SG guy

I have 3 friends with RGs, and we argue this all the time.

Good luck! Post pics of the SG when you get her home!

I'm on my 2nd RG. Bought the first one new, a '13 RGC. Dealer let me test ride a '10 RG they had on their floor before I was sure what I wanted. I never rode a SG but, before buying the RG, I did sit on a SG the dealer had. Yeah, they are both nice bikes but just from a "sitting on it" perspective, the SG made me feel a little cramped whereas the RG didn't. 2+ years ago I bought a garage queen '16 RGU. So, I'll probably never have a SG.

And I know 2 riders from another forum who both converted their SG into a RG and both are very pleased. Never heard about anyone converting a RG into a SG.

Well, you have done what others would tell you to do, and that's ride them both. It's all up to you now. You know there is one you prefer over the other. Make a choice, and don't regret it afterwards. As said, they are ultimately the same bike except for the fairing.
