Get the battery load tested, probably has a shorted cell. Good Luck!

Reading you’re description, I don’t think this is the case, but did you have your ignition switch out recently? Maybe the ignition cams got moved out of place? - Just a thought. . .
No I have not had ignition switch out. Was going to look into that. Is it the same design as the tank mount switch on other models? I see how to remove the ignition **** and shaft but the lower half is it the same style?

If it were a bad cell wouldn't I still get something turning key on? Lights gauges? It's on a charger and holding a charge so I would think I'd get something

Sounds like you need a multimeter! Cheap enough to buy and will tell you immediately what voltage your battery is giving, so you don't need to guess.

Since you get a flicker when switching the ignition switch from ON to OFF I would suspect the ignition switch. Though you should rule out battery, cables, and maxi-fuse first.
