May be better to show up and talk to them in person. I find dealers are more likely to respond favorably when you are standing in fromt of them.

Well I called and talked to the service manager and he wanted me to drive the 2 hours to them to have it rebalanced. I pleaded my case and insisted that it be taken care of by my local dealer. He called the local dealer and told him to bill his dealership when I come in. The service manager that did the work originally did not seem happy about it, but in the end he made the customer happy. I am sure he had some select words for me after he hung up the phone. I hate to be like that, but you have to look out for yourself sometimes.

 

Seems they are trying to make you happy. Just make sure you are not billed for anything, and it is done, right, this time.
