Hi Pete

so I have now tried the IPhone X and the IPhone XS Max upgraded to IOS 13.1.3 and they both work fine. However as correctly diagnosed by yourself the issue seems to be IPhone 11 and 11 pro Max.

do you reckon it’s an issue with Harley or Apple and who needs to resolve.

I’m not sure. My Harley dealer says Harley and Apple don’t normally get along at first. She said eventually Apple will come out with a correction and it’ll be fine. But when I spoke to Apple they suggested it was a Harley issue so I really don’t know. However, seems like if all the phones work other than the 11 it must be an Apple issue. It’s very disappointing though because I really like the new 11 but I also like to be able talk on the phone while I ride.

Chicken or egg issue. Both ends are moving targets. Apple blames all compatibility issues on others (they are too big to believe they need to fix any issues that affect such a small percentage of their customer base). Since H-D software didn't change but Apple did, there's where the problem is.

13.2 dropped yesterday. Have you guys tried it yet?

I have iPhone 10 XS, and Boom 20 and haven't had troubles with any of the 13.xx updates.

Default Seems to be iPhone 11, not OS.

It seems that the only phone that’s having issues is the 11, regardless of the OS. I’ve been waiting for updates hoping it will fix it, but not so far. Downloaded 13.2 and no luck.

I spoke with Apple tonight. They say they are aware of the problem and still working on a fix. She couldn’t offer any time frame or any other details only that they are aware and working on it.

Same here. Hoping for a fix soon from one side of the fence or the other. I would have waited on the upgrade to the 11 if I had known.

No, didn't get a ticket number. I should have thought of that but it may be better to have multiple tix with the same complaint. Who knows....
