I couldn't disagree more. I always remove the heel shifter on new bikes, and I've never had to use a 2nd fob. With the RG Limited, I have a CVO for $10K less. I dont need the 3 cubes or power locks, but the blacked out finish is excellent, I have heated grips, RDRS, etc, and the bike is fantastic. Yes, I would need $2K to upgrade the stereo, but at that point I'd have a way better stereo than a CVO. On the other hand, if I had a CVO Road Glide, I would have to add a tour pak and lowers to match a Limited, so I feel like I'm way ahead of the game.

Harley is trying to say nobody uses the vent anyway.
Never used the liners from my 09 Ultra. Still in the bag. The CB was the biggest waste of money. Never understood why they didn't develop a FRS system to integrate into the electronics.

I'm done... No more new ones coming into this household (a benefit when you get into your 70's). Disappointed when I bought my 17 Roadie... Really disappointed when I bought the wife her 18 Heritage.... Strip out what cost one dollar and add a grand to the price, gets worse every year. We now both have ABS, cruise control etc. Don't need the next thing, whatever it is...
In fact, the happiest I've been on a bike purchase was a used 07 FLHRS to ride in Florida the 4 months I'm here. 24k On the clock, paid $6500. Spent $500 doing all the services, and it is 100% ready, then I got $1200 for the extra stuff that came with it I don't need.
No more $22 -$28k checks for new bikes.
