My 94 has 2 13/16" travel, the longest travel I can find is 3 1/2".
The 2011 uses the 3 1/2", you can't get longer travel unless it's for a non Harley.
Like a Victory uses 5 3/4" travel.

There are quite a few that have 3 7/8" travel. My point was, it's easy to buy the wrong cable if your not 100% sure what you're buying. The OP's bike either has the wrong cable on it or it already has an easy pull clutch assist installed in the trap door.

I've had an issue on my Softails with the Easy Lite kit. It seems like I have to have pretty much all the adjustment out of the cable and still seems a bit sloppy. This is with the spacer installed. I was thinking about shortening the inner cable maybe a half inch or so. Any suggestions??

Exactly how would you go about shortening a clutch cable?

I'm having similar problems with my 2012 FLHR at 27 to 30k miles, replaced clutches 4,500 miles back. Presently unable to adjust my clutch cable showing 3 to 4 treads left on cable adjustment. Correct me if I'm wrong here but my take on this is a stretched cable.

Sometime in the next month will be changing my stock clutch cable with a stock length Barnett Clutch Cable.
Was originally thinking that my original factory clutch cable should last longer than 25,000 miles, but then its not the amount of miles that's the factor, it's how many thousand of times one has shifted, that can be easily surpassed the miles especially if one does a ton of city (stop & go riding vs. open road cruising.

2012 FLHR (Road King) Stage II Red Ember Sunglo/Merlo Sunglo, Original HD Chrome Laced Profile Aluminum Spoke Tubeless Rims, ABS, Cruise Control, Security Package, Police Tachometer, Saddlebag LED Spoiler lights, and array of nostalgic & high performance accessories that enhances appearance & blood curdling performance.

It’s a shame there is nothing available today that can measure white knuckles & big a$$ smiles.

You put your cable stretcher in reverse.
