Default '15 Ultra Limited Forks

New to the forum, been creeping around a while tho. Just finished up a suspension upgrade on my 2015 FLHTK (legend Revo A's with Axeo fronts). I got the front end back together and now my fender is ALL JACKED UP in relation to the front wheel. The tire is damn near rubbing the fender on the right side with about a half inch clearance on the left. Wheel spacer and ABS wheel sensor are on the right sides (spacer on the right and sensor on the left). I marked the forks before removing them but my marked got wiped off so I re-installed the forks and left about an 1/8 inch above the top pinch bolts. My question is this: If both forks arent set at exactly 1/8 inch above the top pinch bolts, say one was at an 1/8 and the other at 3/16, would this cause the wheel to be on such a severe cant? What else could cause this? The bike was fine before I removed and re-installed the forks.

The axle isn't gonna let the forks be that far off. Something else going on

When I took the fender off, it didnt seem "sprung" or bent. everything went back together without a hitch. I would assume that if the lowers were spun outward a little that tightening the fender bolts would roll them square with the fender before it actually bent the fender....right?

You didn't say if you installed the right spacer.

All spacers re-installed. The single wide spacer installed on the right side and the ABS sensor and thin spacer installed on the left

I removed and replaced the front forks on my '14 Limited several times and I've never had an issue like this.

Forgetting the fender, does the wheel look like it's centered between the forks?

As mentioned, pictures would really help.

Sorry about the picture, I finished putting the bike together today about 10 minutes before I had to leave for work and was so pissed when I saw the fender I just walked away from it. The wheel does look centered between the forks. It almost seems like the forks are creating a "scissor like" force if you get what I'm putting down (like one fork is pushing down and one is pulling up) and pulling on the fender. I will get a picture tomorrow when I get home

Trying to picture in my mind what you're describing, it seems like you didn't get both forks set in the upper fork brackets evenly, which could explain why the fender is cadywompus. Though, if that was the case, it seems like you would have had a difficult time getting the axle to easily slide in from the right fork into the left fork.

Did you install all the top out springs and bottoming cups correctly?
