Air Hawk Cruiser R query?

Air Hawk Cruiser R query?
I'm contemplating an airhawk mainly to add comfort, but also to raise me up a bit (I know it doesn't raise you by much) but what I don't want is for the pad to curve up the back of the seat and push me slightly further forward. Does anyone have the Airhawk Cruiser R Large and can confirm whether or not it sits completely flat on the 'base' of the touring seat (of a Road King) or whether it curves up the back of the seat too please?

Thanks for the info. Any extra height is great for me, the more the better

The problem is the extra height isn't stable. You'll feel like you're sitting on top of a big jello mold. Every time you brake, you'll pitch foward on the seat, and every time you accelerate you'll pitch back. They really are made to be run with very little air in them. If you feel unstable, it generally means you have too much air.
I've had the Airhawk R for a long time, on several bikes. On all but one I basically left it off for anything but the last hour in a 5+ hour ride, just to alleviate some accumulated pressure soreness. And even then, I had to run minimal amount of air in it or else it felt like I was wobbling all over the place
