2009 Road King Floor Board vibration slight tapping HELP
Hey guys,
So having issue with my King. First of all the bike started giving trouble starting when hot. When trying to start it sounded like banging and scraping in the primary. Then I started getting a Vibration when going threw the gears and getting the Bike up to 45 50 mph that's when I start to feel this vib tapping in the floorboards. If I pull the clutch in at those speeds there is not tapping vibration that I can feel. If I cruising around those speeds its less only when i apply a load it seems to happen. I believe its the stock compensator on the bike. I think its pointing to that direction. But I also read so many things that it could be including scissored crank> I changed the starter clutch and it helped a bit with the starting. I am scared that I may be doing damage riding it. Any ideas would be great. Thanks'T
