Default Steering head grease?

What type grease are you guys using to lube steering bearings? Have heard some grease turns to oil when hot and drips out. Want to pick the best one before pumping a full tube into my SG. I have a tube of harley special purpose, what the dealer recommends.

the stuff the dealer pumped into mine seems to be holding up well. It's sort of translucent blue in color and so far has stayed in place.

I use the HD Special Purpose. I never have had a problem with it dripping out of the neck. I don't know why it doesn, though. It drips like crazy out of my grease gun making a mess all over my tool box. I had a new tube in the drawer that had been laying on it's side over the winter. It was laying in a puddle of goo.

Is there an equal to the HD brand at Autozone or AdvancedAuto?

I just use the generic brand AutoZone sells that goes in the mini grease gun they sell. Never had it drip out of the bike (only out of the gun nozzle same asxxxflhrci). I put a 45degree grease fitting in the neck to make it easier to get the nozzle on. This is the only thing left in my garage that requires a grease gun, times sure have changed.
