I actually provided my agent with a list of all accessories I have installed or added to date, complete with; Brand/vendor, product name, part/model number and 2019 retail price of each. I also noted that the listed prices did not include labor cost to install, shipping costs or Taxes. My agent scanned that list and added it to my file and said it would be very helpfull to an adjuster if needed.

a while back, someone gave me a copy of this spreadsheet. you can put all your pertinent info into it, and keep a record of what you've spent, where, and even attach pics. i found it to be quite handy, you might too.

The spread sheet I put together to tally the replacement cost is very similar to what you were given. Mine doesn't have the photo links but it could and I may actually do that.

I have 21K in accessory coverage on one bike. I had to produce receipts once already, and it is pretty easy to do with progressive insurance. make a photo copy of the paper receipt when you get it and staple it to the original. or scan in a file. the original receipts fade over time. Also Harley was able to print out everything I bought from them too. it didn't cost that much more to add. Progressive ultimately got their money back from the other guys insurance though provided he had enough coverage. Rims, exhaust, handlebars, radio speakers, lowers, all chrome add ons, add up fast. well we know as we bought it all hahahahahaha. hell my motor was pretty spendy. after market seats, tourpack etc. Progressive paid for replacement costs of the affected parts. up to the 21k total, LOL. Only pisser was and I couldn't get them to budge was they had my saddle bag lids painted instead of replaced. they have to be cracked to replace them I guess. If my bike gets stolen, I figure the money I get will just about cover the cost of a new bike between the accessory coverage and whatever market value for the bike is.

Yes I know exactly what is covered and and what cost. When I totaled the 2011 RGU dealing with insurance was simple, fast and painless.
