Default Traded in my road king

Hopefully this will be the last time I trade for a while. You know they say if you don't look back at your bike while walking away. You probably don't own the right one. Well I was never really sold on the king. I just really wanted off my Dyna at the time and on to a touring. The road king gave me just that. A cheap entry into the wonderful world of touring. I'm happy to say that with a promotion at work and some saving I made my dream bike happen. Ik a lot of people might think I should have bought new. But I am particularly fond of the 103. I've ridden many m8s and they are nice especially the 114. But the 28000 price tag I could never see myself justifying. So I picked up this freaking sweet 2015 road glide special with 1300 miles today.

Nice move IMO. For many years I was leaning towards a RK, but after searching and test riding when times got serious about a purchase, I also bought a RG!

Not bad, if you're a fairing guy. For me my 2019 RK Special 114 (now more like a 125!) is the finest bike on the planet! But you prob feel same about urs...LOL! I threw a 22" Freedom Shield medium tint on mine & it's as good as a fairing when I need it for the special road trips (pun intended). I have my ride perfected to exactly where I wanted it. Was gonna throw in a Red Shift 468 cam this winter but I just don't need it. Would be a waste of $3K. My Special has all the power I could want...plus! She's a beast...)
