Pics: 2019 Street glide nose to Road glide nose swap
Hey guys, I'm having an issue and need help. So 4 weeks ago I picked up a 2019 Street glide. The idea was to make it look like a "performance bagger" the more things I did to it ( side pipes, 16inch sissy bar" I realized it's not coming out how I pictured it. The reason is because the look I'm going for belongs on a Road glide and not a Street glide. What can I do? Swapping it at the dealer for a new Road Glide is going to cost me way to much money. I was thinking of maybe going to some gatherings and ask around to see if there's any other crazy person like me that would be interested in swapping out our noses haha. Hoping someone with a Road Glide would want a Street Glide front end nose. What do you all recommend/think? This sucks paying for something and not being 100% happy with it. I don't mean to sound ungrateful either but I hope you all understand. I appreciate the help guys.

I have known of several folks who transformed their Street Glide into a Road Glide. I never heard of anyone changing their Road Glide into a Street Glide. So, I believe you won't have much luck swapping out fairings with a Road Glide owner. And to do a transformation with having to buy a RG fairing outright won't be cheap. But seems to me there would be a market for you selling your SG fairing after you transform it to a RG. Good luck.

Before I went to the trouble and expense of switching "noses" to get the performance bagger look, I think first I'd try the advice below that SoCalDyna gave you when you posted this picture in the "Performance Bagger" section.
Quote SoCalDyna - "IMO some easy things would get the look, lose the backrest, pipe wrap, fairing mirrors, streamliner parts. Of course the real guys are way outside my pay grade with the inverted forks and built motors. No offense meant sweet bike!"
