I was going to get the black pearl one but came over to the light when I saw the Fire Red & Black Pearl combo. I never looked back. Love it that they don't have it in 08.

 

Love that color combo. They offered it in 06 and 07. I actually had a dealer looking for an 06for me at the end of 2005, but that purchase got sidetracked.
They day I finally bought my 07 Ultra (Apr 07) , I walked into the dealer and they had a Fire Red/Black Pearl sitting next to a White Gold Pearl.They were both stunning, had a hell of a time making up my mind and ended up with the White Gold Pearl. I had an 01 Pearl Yellow Wing a few years ago and have loved Pearl Paint jobs ever since. I like the White for the same reason I liked the Yellow...no one can claim they didn't see you!

I think it is interesting how many of us mentioned the suede blue and black and a second choice for 2007. I actually had my name on one of those first, but ended up going with the fire red and black pearl so I wouldn't have to repaint my trailer.

Actually the 06's are Fire Red/Vivid Black not Black Pearl there is a difference vivid black is black in any light where as the black pearl is a metal flake looking charcoal color in the sunlight and black in the dark, the Fire Red Pearl / Black Pearlis exculsive to the 2007 model line so far.

 

Me too... I started out only being OK with the color. But it grew and grew on me. Now I wouldn't change it for anything. I am also glad that 08 doesn't have the combo offered..

2007 EGC for me. I've had lots of nice comments on the color. I washed and waxed it yesterday and it looks awesome!

I am planing to add the Tour Pak spoiler/brake light but can't decide which color to go with Fire Red Pearl or Black Pearl. What say you?

the color I had a dealer looking for on an 06 was Two-tone Scarlet Red / Charcoal Satin Brite Pearl , offered on the Ultra.

Thought it was the same color combo, sure looked almost identical. I wonder, did the MoCo just change the names of the colors?
