I’ve owned my 06 RKC since new. 24k miles and still love it. I don’t ride as much as I used to but lately I noticed that my bars felt spongy.... or numb. I ordered up a set of Ness urethane riser bushings and finally got around to installing them today.

holy shlt. What a difference.

100% improvement. However, I’m not sure if the stock bushings are junk or mine were wearing out- but damn, it feels completely different. I took it for a little 30-40 mile ride and am blown away at how much better it feels.

It was a 2.5 on a scale of 10 in difficulty. Can only imagine what a dealer/shop would charge for it,

 

Bin the old ones and ride on! Sounds like you have sorted that 'problem'!

 

Yep!! It is amazing what they feel like when you change to a harder material!!! lol
