Sad to report that, as of last year, Bell no longer makes their Pit Boss Half Helmets in white (actually pearl white). That's too bad for those, like me that prefer white rather than dark helmets for heat reflection AND greater visibility. Obviously, not enough others agree so Bell "pulled the plug".....really too bad IMHO.

 

I also wear white helmets because of the heat.

 

So buy black and paint it. Problem solved...

 

I see a few are still out there in the wild. You might want to see if you can ****** one up before they're gone for good.

 

I've done a lot of searching all over the internet ....but with zero luck. You'd think there be a few laying around in inventory somewhere, but no success so far.

Yep....that's what I want ....BUT....I called them and they said they "don't always update their website, and because they only drop-ship from BELL ...if BELL doesn't have any they won't be able to get any".

Another reason I called them was to ask them why they indicated a $40 Fed Ex shipping charge for a 4 pound to my Illinois Zip Code......their reply "we have no control over shipping prices".

 

Try this place here. If a small will fit.

 

Thanks for the suggestion.....but I need a size LARGE. I have one thats a few years old and want to buy a second one so I know the large is the correct fit for me.

Might try some of your local BMW or Goldwing dealers. Some carry them.
