Default Possible intake seal leak

I’m starting to get a hesitation on throttle tip-in, and going up slight inclines it feels doggy and from time to time feels like a cylinder may be dropping out. When I got home today, it actually had a stumble at idle a few random times. No codes, but the plugs do look lean. Fresh plugs didn’t help. If you throttle on through the stumble it picks up and goes fine but at light throttle it’s not happy. Noticing more pop on decel and while engine braking and rev matching between downshifts.

Cant determine the cylinder at idle with a spray bottle of water. Going to try some WD40 or ether around the seals tomorrow to see if I can track it down.

Any other suggestions?? 2013 TC 103ci FLHX with a V&H LCD FP, about 42K miles.

Sprayed the flanges down thoroughly at idle. No change. Removed the FP also. No change. The stumble at idle is a new thing in just the last 100mi or so.

Could this be an IAC issue? Still no codes. Acts worse when hot.

I had a similar problem with my bike. The throttle by wire sensor in the handle bar along with the induction module were changed under warranty. That has been a few years ago with no other trouble. You might try unplugging and reinstalling the throttle connector behind the air cleaner. I know there were issues with the pins in that connector. You just may be having a connection problem there.
