Are you having issues with raising and lowering using the yellow jack? I place mine under my RKC with the bike on the jiffy stand. Riase slowly, it levels and come off the jiffy stand. Then raise to working height.

Lowering - just a real gentle twist releases it slowly.

I have had mine for about a month and it is incredible. I have two bikes and it is actually easier to slide that thing under one to move it over and create room than it is to roll the bike around by hand and reposition it. I am ordering the oil pan attachment today.
