Just a shot here , but I have heard that the oem brake pads are a little thinner than some of the after market pads . Could that be a possibility ? Some of the reviews I've read stated that the pads were causing drag because of there thickness .

If it's the original hose, change it. I've seen many old rubber brake lines collapse internal and then act like a check valve. Master cylinder pushes fluid through it but then it collapses internally and wont let the fluid return.
If you or someone has installed wheel bearings and not SET the primary bearing first, it
will cause brake drag.
The primary side should be the brake disc side.............

Thanks Bob ,bearings were changed and bike rolled fine for about 3000kms after the change , we have checked all the bearings and wheel spacers also
