08 Ultra Classic runs great but will not restart

I would see if you can run a fuel pressure check, but my intuition says that you've likely got an issue with the Crankshaft Position sensor. I'd pull the sensor from the case to visually inspect it for debris, as it can/will get covered in metal shavings causing an intermittent starting issue since it's not reading the crankshaft's teeth properly. If it's covered, clean it off, reinstall, and give it a go.

ISSUE RESOLVED!!!
I had to ride it a few days to make sure it was truly repaired. It was a fuel pressure issue. Tech duplicated the issue and said fuel pressure after the bike got hot was 28 lbs. They replaced the fuel pump regulator and housing (which were warped due to the heat from the engine...poor engineering) and for good measure replaced the fuel filter. After repair but before reconnecting all the fuel lines, the tech turned the ignition on and fuel shot across the shop. LOL Rode it home from the Harley store on Friday, no issues restarting. 360 miles Saturday with four restarts, no issues. Rode Sunday, Monday and Tuesday..no issues. I'm calling it fixed!!!
Thanks for all the suggestions, Gents. Much appreciated.

Good to hear you got it running.
Just as an after thought an old simple and cheap way of checking whether or not you have a spark was to pull the plugs and re-connect the plug wires and ground the plug against the fins, crank the engine and see if there was a spark. Make sure your fingers are not making a connection and don't do it close to the spark plug hole.
Might want to check with the shop to see if this is might be a bad thing to do with ECM controlled engines.
