Got 205 Out of a Tank - No Fuel Light

ok.... get a fuel mileage app for your phone. I have Simply Auto (formerly Fuel Buddy) I track each and every fill up. I know I have a 6 gallon tank. I know I can get 200 miles on a tank on my daily rides. I reset the odometer at each fill up, enter the fuel info (I write the mileage from the regular odometer on the fuel receipt and enter when I get home or stop or whatever) and track. I know on a trip, where my speed is more steady and I'm using cruise, I can get up to around 230-250 on a tank. I do not trust the fuel gage. and when the light comes on, I confirm mileage on the odometer. Too many variables with the fuel gage and computer. After tracking for couple years, I have a dang good idea about my fuel usage!!! Yeah it takes time. It takes a bit of commitment. And it might be a bit ****, but I haven't run out of gas yet!!! Over 31k miles on the clock!
