Amazon bags - Who’s used them?

Funny you mentioned this, by a weird coincidence the sales manager called me today to check on my to see if I’m enjoying the bike. We had a chat and he’s looking into that very scenario for me.

I ordered Advanblack from Amazon and the lower fender extension. $550(?) I’m happy
I ended up putting a small chunk of rubber on the right bag to make the gap more uniform, between the fender extension and the Streched bag. Couple hundred miles on so far. No major packing in them yet, I have not loaded them with a case of beer and ice yet. This is on a ‘17.

I bought mine from and individual and did the pick up at the dealer he purchased it from, after, he had it serviced for me as part of the deal. Dealer went through everything about the bike with me, including the fact that the recalls had all been completed.

My bags and lids are from Colton Customs from eBay as well. He sells FMotos Products at the cheapest price I could find them.

Here is an a little update for everyone. The dealership ran my Vin number and it shows that the saddle bag of hardware recall was in fact completed several years ago. However upon inspecting the hardware it does not fall in line with what they would have replaced with had they used the correct two dimple latch mechanism. Although they were very apologetic, they offered no affordable solution. I went ahead and jumped on a pair of stretched pre-painted bags from Amazon and will be posting a full review including pictures In the next day or two so that everyone can see the type of product quality is being offered if you have not been able to see it first hand
