Installing 10" yaffe bagger bars

For the 12’s I had to extend the wires, brakes and clutch. I believe you just have to extend the clutch 2 or 4”. Biggest pain is the right side if you are running your wires inside the bars (which im guessing you are) The handlebar controls, plus the tbw makes it a tight fit on the right side. Left side is a piece of cake. For the right side, ended up taping the wires all together, and using a shoe lace to help pull the wires through.
There is a couple install videos on YouTube for the bars on a 12’ and a 15’ I believe. Very helpful and I used it as well. The install was 12” bars, but gives you a general perspective.

I installed the 10" yaffees on my 12 FLHX. get the screaming buzzard TBW, +6 clutch cable and +6 wire extensions. whatever you do don't cheap out on the lengths.
I used a fishing weight tied to a piece of string and the piece of string tied to weed trimmer to pull the wires through. oh..and I used Vaseline..some use baby powder.
pm if you have questions.
good luck!

Just did 10" yaffe bars on buddy's 2014 ultra. Pain in the ***!! Rh side is the hardest. Do all wires together on the Rh side. Be sure to stagger wiring connections. As mentioned before a baby powder or something would be useful. Looked at road 6 website for connector disassembly. Patience... Turned out great. To get a string through can use a vacuum. We did use a very large zip tie to do the job as it gave some advantage with being able to push wire back if it was binding up. We did install wire extension kit $36 for local dealer. Way simpler than jacking around to get wires moved so nothing was needed. Clutch hose and brake hose was fine never broke them loose from the master cylinders. Hope this helps.
