I installed Paul Yaffe 10" Classic Ape Hanger Handlebars on my '03 Ultra Annie. The electrical wire length was sufficient but I did have to replace the brake line, and clutch and throttle cables. I used modular Magnum brake lines, MoCo Diamondblack +4" clutch cable, and Hill Country Customs +4" throttle cables with the cruise control roll-off switch.

just a FYI, I did not have to swap my brake cable. I did purchase a +4 clutch cable but didn't like how tight it fit so I ordered a +6 and it fit perfectly.

Ok cool appreciate the tips on that. I just bought the +6 brake,clutch and, wire extensions. This way there are no surprises .

Not sure if any wire or cable lengths are different between 9 and 13, but I did 10" PYO MBB's and left wires and brake line stock.
I did +2 on clutch cable. It was enough, but I did reroute it a bit. I suppose +4 wouldn't hurt,
Be patient. You will push/pull countless times as you slowly get the wires through. Pushing seemed more important than pulling.
Conduit lube works good but is messy. There is a spray conduit lube now that is much less messy.
Get some quality shrink tubing.
Pull with a rope or swing that will be strong enough and also won't stretch. So Nylon isn't a good choice. I went kevlar string, but a weedwacker twine, picture hanger rope, or thick fishing line, can all work.
Watch some videos.
You can use a paperclip to get wires out of connectors. There is a tool you can buy instead if you want. (3rd time doing the job I finally bought the tool and glad I did. Cheap on eBay)
Assuming TBW assemblies are still the same as 09, I think it is worth it to buy the SE TBW for a hundred bucks. It has longer wires and doesn't have the green connector in the middle that makes things more difficult.
Buy poly bar bushings to replace the stock ones.
Blow string through initially with compressed air, or attach a little nut to it and angle bars around till nut comes out other end.
Take pictures of wires b4 removing them from connectors, and write down too. Many people mix up wires putting it back together.
