PhilM,
thanks for the help posting the dyno sheet, Peekaboo Bob, I'm considering different options on the exhaust, Supertrapp Supermegs possibly. What air/fuel ratio should I be looking for if it looks like I'm running on the lean side ? I'm located in west Tennessee (Jackson, TN.)

I don't think it is the duals, that is what I have on my bike. I agree with PhilM that it's lean. The chart is hard to read but it appears that the A/F ratio is around or above 14:1. When mine was tuned it was closer to 13.1:1. I'm no expert but I wouldn't think that the difference would cause the numbers to be that low.

I bet you are disappointed. I have a 88" bike with a carb. I was looking at a 95" or 98" kit. I hope you figure out what is up with those numbers, and post it on here, so I can see what to avoid. Question I have is, on www.nightrider.com , I have seen 95" get to the 100/100 numbers, how is this build any different than those?

The difference here and with a 100/100 build is cams and head work as well as tune. It all has to work together. You may have cams that work well with higher compression, but may only be running 9.5:1. Also, the heads may not be flowing well (stock HD heads are pretty bad, but with some work they can be quite good). I haven't taken my '06 carbed Road King to the dyno, but I figure I am close to 100hp and tq , after all I am running S&S 585's, Edelbrock heads and a super E, all at 10.25:1 . . . man, it moves . . .
Anyways, didn't mean to hijack the thread . . . but any 95 c.i. with 65 hp, seems bad to me . . . but would the A.F. affect the hp that badly . . . I mean 10 hp is a lot. Could it be timing as well?
