Same setup with V&H True Duals and Wild Pig mufflers. 77hp and 94tq I may do some head work this winter.

two dogs,did you do anything else toget 91hp? Most of the dyno charts I've seen give between 75 and 80 hp with a big bore and 203 cams. I'm just curious, ok, a little jealous too! I do like the tq curve on my bike though.

04 Road King Custom with 95 ci, 203 cam, SE High Performance Heads, Samson Rolled Ovals & SERT = 94 HP and 97 TQ

 

My 03 Ultra hadthe 95 and 203 cams withSE heads and I ran 95hp and 105tq withSE slips and a SERT. Hell of alot of fun to ride, mpg sucked at 32-36 on the highway. The RK is stayin stock at 88ci, I like 48-51mpg much better.

 

86hp 105tq....mpg went from 42 to 36-38.....

I'm backfrom the dyno and pretty disappointed with the results. Max Hp - 65.96, max torque - 75.61, I'd post a picture of the dyno sheet but I haven't figured out the picture posting thing. I could e-mail the dyno sheet if someone would help with posting it.

I'd say take it to a different tuner. My 88 CI with S&S510 cams is putting out 78HP and 85 TQ. You should be way higher with the big bore.

 

Those numbers are not much different than a stock 88" motor. Something is not right. Is it possible you have a "before" dyno sheet?

If not, then you definitely need to find another tuner. Do the numbers fall off pretty early? Perhaps the motor is sumping. I'll send ya a PM & get your sheet posted.

 

Take it to Konrad at TNT Performance Dyno in Nashville!He did a good job with mine.

In my opinion, it a bit on the lean side, but not enough to cause numbers this low. You're gonna have to get a 2nd opinion. Are you anywhere near northern GA?
