Default New rotors now Brake Calipers rubbing... Need Help

I just put new rotors on my 08 ultra Classic with ABS and noticed that my Brembo Calipers are rubbing into my new rotors. The rotors I replaced were warped so I bought new Rotors( exact same ones just new) Here is a picture of right side and you can see that the caliper is grinding into rotor. The left side is also doing the same but on the inner side of rotor where as the right is on the outside of the rotor. Any suggestions on how To correct?

Right side Caliper and rotor.

Are you sure they are on the correct side of the wheel and turned the correct way? They should have arrows.

Like mine. Your calipers most likely caused your rotors to become warped. Had to change them also. 2016 CVO ultra Road Glide.

yeah they are installed correct. They are also marked right/left plus with the arrow as you described also valve stem is on right side and abs wheel bearing is on left side so im certain they are installed correct. Thinking its got something to do with my forks. Its like they are not aligned correctly and causing the caliper to rub. I tried google and read a few forums which suggested that but my bike is an 08 and the forums I read were about 14+ Ultras etc.

I believe i warped my original rotors when i did my tire install. Before i mounted my front tire my rotors were good. Never had rotors rubbing rotors until I installed new rotors. Is it possible that i may have my forks out alignment?

Found my service manual and I think I found my problem. I tightened clamp bolts before i torqued axle nut which caused me to draw in the right fork tube . I just need to go back in and loosen axle and clamp bolts and then follow manual. Basically tighten axle to spec then I need to pull right fork out till it touches the 7/16 inch drill bit then torque to spec.

on the end of the axle that has the hole in it (right side) once you torque axle nut down you put a 7/16 drill bit inside that hole(right side of axle and then pull fork out till it touches the drill bit then tighten down the two clamp nuts(gotta keep fork pulled out until those nuts are tight. I just went out on two hour ride and everything feels perfect
