So I ordered a CV Performance needle (#402-823) and EZ-Adjust Mixture screw. I am thinking I will likely go with the stock jets and put in the CV needle like hattitude did above and see the results. I wasn't able to find a 46 pilot in stock anywhere. I will have new 185 main and 48 pilot (as well as the needle that was from the prior carb) handy if I can't get it to tune with the needle alone. Obviously with the deceleration pop and smell it likely wasn't tuned properly in the past.

 

Cycle pro and bikers choice still have 46 jets.

 

How the **** did I miss this on JPCycles, I put through the order and paid $22 to ship it, don't really want to pay an additional $7.99 and wait 10 days for a $4 jet. I will see if they can modify the order quick...
