Default Replacing wheel bearings

I'm looking to replace my wheel bearings and I was hunting the internet for American made wheel bearings and had no luck. Came across All *****, they had decent reviews. Found the Timkens, though it says where they are made varies, and then I read Harley actually updated their bearings and they are pretty good considering the past horror stories.

Any information and actual trial/error would be greatly appreciated.

Ride safe!

You will get people with a completely different experience but I haven’t had any problems with Harley bearings. At 116,000 miles I’m bately into my second set. The original fronts lasted over 100,000. I admit it’s dry in California

I personally use All *****. Harley simply stamps their name on somebody's bearings. Wouldn't be surprised if All ***** makes them. :-)

SKF a Swedish company who have been recognised as a good bearing manufacturer has got factories in 30 or so countries and one of them is China.

Longevity may have more to do with how you install them than to where they are actually made.

In reading some of the horror stories, I couldn't agree more with this statement.

I have All ***** in two bikes. So far no problems. I popped the dust covers off and they have plenty of grease in them so that was a good sign.
