Anyone have any experience in hydro dipping heat shields?? I just got mine done haven't put them on yet they're still in the mail just wondering what temperature the heat shields we'll get up to on a 14 Street Glide special??

 

I posted something a few months ago when I was getting ready to paint mine. Others have painted theirs and ran them and no discoloration. Hopefully the people dipping them know what these are and would warn you beforehand if dipping was heat sensitive.
