Thanks for the help. Clearly I did not do my research here before posting. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on some Revo Legends 13" Heavy Duty.

Best guess is most any aftermarket shock will be a vast improvement. I only have experience with 2, Pro Action 13" on my Road Glide and Progressive 430 12" on my Road King. Miles of smiles on both bikes. BTW, first Pro Action on the RGS was 12" and not to my liking.

One of the forum members have a set of Ohlin 13" here.

It doesn’t take much searching on here and on Google to determine that he made a wise decision.

Sorry to bumb an older thread, but I got the legends installed. What a difference, especially at highway speeds. It's so smooth I'm now wondering if I should change out the front cartridge. Anyone done any fork spring work on a newer model touring bike?

You got the Legend shocks, why not complete the setup with their Axeo fork cartridges? Give Rob at HogPro a call. They have the best price on Legend products I found.

I just might. I was just wondering how much difference it makes on the front.

It’ll make a big difference. The stock damper rod suspension is terrible.
