Got it all done tonight.

Drilled out with a 5/16” bit. Shaped the holes with a dremel to get a nice shape. Painted all the stuff with a matte black as I have Black Denim paint. Not a 100% perfect match but close enough for a small area that you’ll never see.

I’d say total time 2 hours start to finish minus some paint drying.
