Default Extended brake lever

I am curious if anyone has preference between the Kuryakyn and Softbrake extended lever on Rushmore touring with lowers? I am leaning toward Softbrake but it is considerably more money.

I have an extended Kury and wish I had known about others available. Had to grind off some of the steel to make my pedal fit. Never bought anything Kury that didn't disappoint.

I've owned both and could tell no difference except price. Kury still has the grease fitting.

Keep in mind there are different part numbers for bikes with and with out lowers, there is a difference. There are also different part numbers for black and chrome. With the Kuryakyn

Put the Kury's on a 16' and 19' street glide, no problem, right on, extended on the 16', and standard for lowers on the 19'.

Soft brake is available in a variety of extension lengths. I think Kury is 1.5” or 2” .... Got a 3” Soft brake on my bike.

Is the standard Kuryakyn any longer than stock?.... I looked at all of the extended and they all say they won't work with lowers.
