Default Crash Bar Speakers for RK

Looking to add some sound to my 16 RK. I am not trying to break the budget on stereo at the moment just looking to add some sound while bebopping around town. I was looking at motorcycle speakers but most of them seem to be around 3-4" in size and I would like to get the biggest I could get on the crash bars. I found these speakers online and they are designed for boats but that is exactly what I need. They have them in 8" and in 6.5". Just seeing what everyone else is running. I would like to avoid needing a fairing at the moment and my goal is to run speaker lids and a pair of speaker pods on my crash bars for sound.

I have wake board boat 8" speaker mounted on the roll bar on my TJ, they are big and with out a amp and woofer they sounded like ****. I suggest you keep looking or plug in BT and use your phone for music.

We've got some great options too. They mount nicely to the highway bars and aren't too big, but still put out some top end sound... I attached some pictures...

I ordered headlight pods off eBay and fitted them with 6.5 speakers. I use them with 6x9’s in my bags on a 400w amp. Loud and clear over 70. Upgrading to pro audio and a 700w amp.
