Default Cee Bailey SSC windshield guys ...

What are these shields like in the rain.
I have an ssc on my flht. When I was "blow drying" it after washing the other day I noticed that when I blasted the windshield it seemed like the water droplets coming off the shield would blast you right in the face.

Anyone have some serious rain time in with one of these windshields. Does it feed the droplets off the windshield rightinto your face, or do they disperse off to the sides so it's not so bad.

I have the 15", or maybe 13" ???? I can look just over the top when riding

Rode in the rain just the other day, 60mph, didn't notice the windshield throwing anything in my face. I have the 14".

I got a cee bailey shield, but haven't had a chance with it in the rain yet. Hindsight, wish I had a little higher shield like a 14-15 instead of 12

On a 2300 mile 5 day trip we got alot of rain, 4 days in rain gear. The ssc sucks in the rain . Its like riding with no windshield. When it wasen't raining it was nice the wind went over my helmet, but when raining it was hitting me in the face.

I have a 12" SSC and an 8" regular windshield. They are about the same in the rain. You get wet. Any windshield you look over will be the same.
