hi guys, just one question......what size ape bars can I fit on my 2013 road king classic without changing cables.

You should be safe with 12". But is that the size you will be happy with? Cables are not that much more to reach the ultimate comfort goal.

I still find it hard to believe people want to buy / install higher bars according to cable length, instead of comfort.
Maybe someday I will understand.........

Comfort all the way man. You have to tear into it anyway, why not do what you want instead of what you can get away with. The internal wiring is easy as hell once you get it all in front of you.

sometimes people dont want higher,they want different angles,probably why they make different sizes im thinking

10” on mine and I would go longer cables with 12’s. Like everyone else say’s get the most comfortable and if that means cables I would round some up.

I say this because although my 10’s are way better than stock 14’s or 16’s would have been much better! I got 10’s so I wouldn’t have to get cables (oops).
