Default Wheel Fitment Question

So I’m picking up this wheel tomorrow and just wanted to double check that it will fit on my 07 UC. I’m 99% sure it will be fine but just wanted to double check since I know 09 and up wheels are different from 08 and below. I’m picking up an Air Strike front and know that I need to change the bearing and spacers and am getting them chromed. Just wanted to double check here. Thanks!

Not sure about the front you mention, but that rear wheel in the image will be too wide for your model year.

Really? It’s a 16X3.5. Does that 1/2” really make a difference? I know the 18” wheels are 5” wode so that wouldn’t work, but I don’t see why this wouldn’t.

Edit: my bad, maybe it is a 16x5. I didn’t even know there was such a thing.

The image says it's off a 2010. That means it's a 16x5. Also, it's a 180 tire. The stock tire on your 2007 is a 140. Some say they can fit a 150, but that's about as wide as you can go without modification.

I believe you need to be looking for a 16x3 (not sure the Harley AirStrike comes in 16x3.5). Recently went through this on my 2008. Finding a 2009+ rear airstrike is easy and cheap. Finding a 2006-2008 rear AirStrike, not so easy, and expect to spend about 250 used, or 425 new online.

Yeah, they seem to be rare which sucks because I can find the newer ones for cheap. So far this is the only set I’ve found.

YEP!!!!

BTW, I saw an old for sale thread of yours where you were selling rear wheels like this. You seem to be an "in the know" guy when it comes to wheels. Would you by chance know of a pair in the right size for a good price?

Yeah, but the Cheap and Plentiful ones don't fit (the 16x5 rear anyway) ...

So, you're looking for a Set? ... Front and Rear 16x3

I am and would actually prefer that they are both 16's. I'm not against a n 18' front and 16' rear though.
