Progressive Customer Service experience.
Wondering if anyone has sent their shocks in and what was the turn around time ? I sent my defective shocks in about 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them. No big deal since its winter time here in Missouri. I called once to check on them and was told its their busy time of the year. Thanks !

On my 2007 Softail, I was going to have Progressive change out the springs in my shocks (HD to SD), turnaround time then was one week. However, I purchased the springs from them (very inexpensive) and had my local Harley shop swap springs for me because I did not want my bike sitting in a shop for over a week while I waited for springs to arrive. Their customer service was excellent IMHO
