Default Just Got My Clutch Recall Done

I am very impressed with the clutch kit Harley came out with for the recall. The clutch lever is easier to use and the clutch is smoother. I would suggest anyone affected to get this done asap.

You should definitely get this done, but I noticed no difference in the clutch feel.

Get it done ASAP but dealers are getting like 5 or less kits a week. I had my bike in for service a few weeks ago and they had no parts to perform the recall while my bike was already there. Very frustrating.

Mine has been done for awhile now. Had over 21,000 miles on the bike when it went in. Rode it a bit and noticed no difference .

Haven't had mine done yet but can't imagine any difference can be felt. Ain't like the clutch has been redesigned.

It's going to feel the same as they literally just replace the piston and seal with one that will not leak.
Now if your original acuator was binding or something before hand, yeah, might feel a difference.

I am number 40 on the list its going to be a while cause there only getting 5 per week they have 17 done since the recall came out. Hope to get the call in a couple of weeks to bring it in for the upgrade soon.

I had to wait about three weeks for my kit and it took them about 1.5 hours to install.

May be confusing the recall with the update to the M19 Touring thicker spring seat. It moves the friction zone in more and not all the way out at the end of the clutch lever's travel.

I'll have that done when they do my recall this spring. It's literally a 12 dollar part. #37000295

I looked at my receipt and they did not do that part. Just brake fluid and kit 91500093.
