I would at least expect the movement meter on the dash to measure 9.7 then drop from there as the wheel moves to the happening mark. If it's a black bike, the movement could also be interpreted as background movement, i.e. cars passing on the highway and it only looks like the wheel is moving. If the VIN has a -9 with an X followed by two 3s, the movement could also be just a passing dog relieving himself.

This guy communicates just like my wife, and I am always the one at fault for not understanding what is going on. I anxiously await his post chewing our tails for being so unresponsive, stupid, and ineffective.
