Mine girls are 11 and 13, both of them would rather ride on the back than in a car anywhere. The 13 year old has been stacking up back seat miles for years. The 11 year old just started really enjoying it about 2 years ago.
My kids are grown now, but they rode with us when they were younger. My daughter loved getting picked up from school on the bike.
When my youngest comes home for a visit, he takes one of the bikes, and we all ride together.
I have two teenage sons and they aren't in the least interested. When I ask, they get that high-eyebrow, narrow-eye look and say "Two guys on a bike? nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnO."

Ahhh How quickly they grow up. I was a little heart broken when the last one started to reach that age. He had always ridden with me, sometimes we even did weekend father and son camping trips on the bike. Then he wasn't so excited about riding anymore. I saw the signs, knew he was getting older but didn't want to hurt Dads feelings so I let him off the hook. Fast forward a few more years and at 17 he bought a used street bike. He still rides, sometimes he rides with his old man, me on a Street Glide and him on his FZ-09.
Lucky Dad here, both of my daughters loves to ride with me. I have a son who's ten, will be 11 soon. Gonna get him a full face helmet and take him for a ride soon.
My daughter and her three kids have all rode with me over the years. Two years ago took the youngest grandson (11 yrs) on an overnight trip over Chinook Pass, Mt Rainer, and White Pass. Great fun except when I told him we were having cold pizza for breakfast on the 2nd day - he thought Grandpa was a one step short of a cave man! Laughed my *** off! I thought to myself " you'll appreciate it more when you can have a cold beer in the morning".
