Aftermarket Mirrors 2019 Ultra Limited

I am a big guy (6'7" 280+) and have trouble seeing behind me in the stock mirrors on my 2019 Ultra Limited. I can squeeze my elbows in and make it work but that isn't a long term plan. I have seen mirror extension kits and long stem mirrors but the reviews are mixed. Does anyone have experience with those?

They make a long stem version of the stock mirrors (tapered) in chrome but I've never used those.

Thanks. Stopping by the dealership tomorrow. I may go with both the long stem mirrors and the fairing mirrors. I saw a pic of that on a forum and it looks goofy but seems like it would offer a LOT of viewing area. Not my pic but I am thinking of a similar setup.
