Forget the exchange route, if you have good straight wheels why risk getting a re-hashed wheel back
You will need to get your wheels off, get the bearings out of them, get the tires off and send them to a local powder coater,
I know near me in Southern NH there are a couple of places I have used in the past on my rice bikes that did nice work for short money
Replace the bearings while you have it apart, new seals and bearings will give you peace of mind.

the old bearings have to come out otherwise the seals (if any) will melt, any grease will also liquefy and migrate, and then there is the metallurgy problem of heating the bearings and having the hardness change.... probably going away ( annealing) from being heated in the oven,
You do want to make sure there are quality bearings going back in, there is some real crap out there on the market, including some of the stuff the MoCo put in OEM.
When I was getting one of ,my alloy swing arms done there was quite a bit of time put into looking at the characteristics of the material and how much heat it could take ( parts are baked ) before there would be issues

I know on the Impeller wheels they use "All *****"; however, they do not mention which one for your wheel. Would imagine that they use All ***** there too.

we use " ALL ***** RACING BEARINGS" ABS bearings
